This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've
visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.

Availability of AIS Mainframe and Servers:
 | Mainframe: Client access to online applications is dependent on schedules
established for each application. Call the AIS Help and Support Center at 353-4420
extension 311 for details about the application you're interested in. Planned
outages (generally scheduled for weekends when at all possible) will be noted here and on
the online AIS Network Selection Menu which is displayed after logging in to the
mainframe. |
 | MSUDATA Server: These reporting databases are generally available 24 hours per
day, seven days per week. Planned outages for reloading data or for
hardware/software maintenance are announced with as much advance notice as possible. |
